Dara Singhji and Madan Mohanji were great friends. Madanji was very proud of his physique and very often joked with Dara Singhji that he had better muscles. Dara Singhji invited Madanji very often to his wrestling programmes (before he joined films) as chief guest and we kids were very enamoured with this very strong gentleman who had the smile of a child. May his soul rest in peace. ( i remember once when he came home to sign Madanji as music director for his film, I thought if he sat on the stool he had chosen, it would break, and tried keeping him on sitting on it - such a foolish thought of a silly child)
